Terms and Conditions mbi98 — User Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbi98 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the mbi98.app website and all services, products, and content available therein.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder to be used for withdrawals.

Deposit Requirements:

Mbi98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all mbi98 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): Every bonus received is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before wins from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover rate is clearly stated on each promotional offer.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only use one bonus at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

Documents accepted for KYC verification include:

If you receive funds unintentionally due to a technical error or system fault, you must notify mbi98 immediately and refrain from using those funds. mbi98 reserves the right to reclaim all erroneously credited funds.

Mbi98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• The member has breached any terms in this agreement.
• The member is found to have used multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses or promotions.
• KYC verification could not be completed within the specified period.
• Complying with instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mbi98 support team. Any valid balance will be transferred to the registered bank account after a security review is completed, provided all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Mbi98 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Platform unavailability due to factors beyond mbi98's control, such as internet disruptions or natural disasters.

The maximum total liability of mbi98 to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Mbi98 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All personal data collected is used solely for platform operational purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
